A few month ago, NT price was not manipulated. It was very baffling time for the company. Rumors of running out of cash and claim of reverse split of the stocks drove the stock price very low.

Even the bankers hardly agreed with each others on what is going on with NT. However, this quarterly report is not a suprise at all. NT called back some layoff employee end of last year. It means the reconstruction could be overdone. That should be a good sign. Even OBJ still published negative comments from some analysist, it is not hard to figure out that this time NT may beat the expectation.

However, I would suggest walking away from NT now if you have not bought any NY stock. Wait for the second quarter. This year is still a tough year to telecom, the price may go lower later. We will see.
