Jabber's English Note---blessed

When I was laid off, our Human Resource manager was also let go. Recently, I contacted him and he told me he also got a new job. He is now VP in a small bank, which is very close to his home. He proudly told me: "I feel blessed to be led to the present situation."

In my area, American families has adopted about 5,000 kids from China during the past 10 years. I have ever talked this matter with one mother who adopted 2 daughters. She told me: " I am totally blessed with my girls."

Indeed, if we feel blessed, we will feel much better facing the life.

            In my humble opinion, getting acquaitance with a lot of people as you visit this site is a matter of triviality. For such trivial matters, it is funny to say you are blessed. However, you may feel blessed because you have found your better part by scrutinizing the people you met here. Then, it sounds more natural.
