when I was young, there's nothing I wanted more than to prove myself to the world to show everyone that "I'm good enough". But it's really only meditation that I start realizing I spent so much looking outward when I should have been looking in. that there's nothing more freeing than understanding the only expectations you ever need to meet are the ones you set youself
向外，见广阔的天地和众生，向内，则不仅见到了真实的自己，也体悟到了这个世界只有True Self， nothing else。。。
